Precision turned parts play a crucial role in things like valves, pressure accumulators, and pumps.

Lubig offers a wide range of options here, from CNC multi-spindle machines for series >20,000 pieces to automated CNC machining centers for diameters of 10 to 250 mm, and our prototype production for new projects.
Critical components can be tested for cracks using the magnetic powder method.
High-pressure equipment up to 80 bar enables us to make deep drills directly in the turning process and, thanks to controlled coolant systems and air-conditioned measuring rooms, we’re able to maintain tolerances up to IT6.
