Prototype production
As a supplier of serial parts, the production of prototypes is an important step in the development phase for both you and us. A prototype is required before each series.
The benefit of prototyping is obvious: We can identify workpiece-specific features and requirements at an early stage. These features are incorporated into the planning and ensure smooth, high-quality series production.
We develop and produce your custom prototype made of stainless steel, steel, aluminum, or even magnesium outside of serial production in the shortest possible time. To this end, Lubig has invested into a state-of-the-art universal turn-mill center.

After viewing the documents for your prototype, we will evaluate the submitted technical drawings. If there are still questions or important information is missing, e.g. requirements, delivery specifications and times, production quantities or dimensions, we will usually contact you on the same day to conduct a detailed telephone interview.
