System-based order processing
We guarantee you absolute reliability in the complete processing of your individual inquiry. The data and technical drawings that you send us will be checked in detail by the respective department before we request quotations for the required materials and potential external services. We then determine the optimal manufacturing process and calculate the job times. Our subsequent offer will contain all technical information and details relevant for you and the process. A system-supported contract review will take place after your order is received. We store all contractual documents centrally in our filing and document management system. Review by all departments using checklists is a matter of course at Lubig. The same applies to system-supported planning for deadlines and our capacities. We’ll get started upon receipt of your order confirmation.
Export control
We at Lubig are experts in the delivery of products subject to export control. Even in the inquiry phase, we check every transaction for export control law relevance. Our internal export control is carried out by specially trained staff. Beyond that, we also benefit from our long-standing cooperation with the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control.
