We at Lubig process metal according to customer requirements using metal-cutting manufacturing processes. We offer our customers complete machining of turned and milled parts in small and large series, surface and heat treatment, and installation of complex assemblies. In addition to state-of-the-art machinery, we use powerful CAD, ERP, and CAQ software and modern cleaning technology.
Master Craftsman
As with most apprenticeships, you can also take a master craftsman’s examination as a trained cutting machine operator after several years of work experience. We’ll provide active support!
Technician
With further training as a technician you can, on the one hand, obtain your advanced technical college entrance qualification by taking an additional examination, thus opening the way to a specialized course of study. On the other hand, you can shift your field of application from the pure machining of workpieces to development and process optimization.
Degree course/Professional studies
If you meet the school requirements for a degree course, you can study things like engineering to deepen your knowledge and broaden your job options.
Technical Business Administrator
The technical business administrator represents a higher commercial qualification, i.e. in addition to production, you can also be employed in purchasing or generally in office work. The training usually lasts six months to three years on a part-time basis.
Master Professional of Technical Management
Building on the Technical Business Administrator, you can also take a further training course to become a Master Professional of Technical Management, in order to access management positions. Although you can achieve this advanced training without obtaining a technical business degree, it makes the final examination much easier, as you’ll already be familiar with a lot of the content.
We also offer further training or specialization in certain fields at any time. That way, you keep your knowledge and skills up to date and drive your career forward.
