Drive technology is generally concerned with the generation of movement using power transmission. The technical applications and challenges in this industry are correspondingly diverse. But no matter the sector: Constantly increasing demands on efficiency and a shrinking installation space can only be met if the parts used meet the highest requirements. In addition to the highest precision in production, our focus is on the perfect quality of materials.

In the field of drive technology, Lubig has specialized in “pure turned parts.” The production is therefore carried out exclusively with CNC single- and multi-spindle lathes. Therefore, your components without grinding requirements are in the best hands with us.
For quality inspection, measuring equipment is provided at each workstation for manual monitoring of all drawing features.
In addition, air-conditioned measuring rooms with CMMs, contour profilers, and surface testing equipment are available in close vicinity of production. Even without grinding, we achieve accuracies of IT6. We make no compromises when it comes to material quality. For increased requirements, we have a system for magnetic particle testing in operation.
