Travel allowance
Some of you put up with longer commutes to work. Regardless of the distance traveled, we’ll pay you €0.30 per kilometer for a single trip between home and your workplace for 15 days a month.
Comfort and wellness at work require many factors to be in balance. The demands and standards have to be right. The right level of challenge.

Our apprentices can enjoy special care and benefits at Lubig. Even before concluding the training contract, we offer our trainees and their parents the opportunity to come see our company and employees for themselves on site.
To familiarize them with their new working environment at the beginning of the training, we organize a trainee day trip every year, during which the trainees get to know each other.
Our trainees spend their full first year of apprenticeship in a training center. Options include the ÜAZ Wittlich, ILW Trier, or BFW Birkenfeld. It goes without saying that we accompany our new trainees on their first visit to their training center and provide them with advice and support.
During the training, we also try to provide individual support measures if required. Our trainees have already been among the best of their year, for several years!
We take on all apprentices into a permanent employment contract after successful completion of their final examination.
