Travel allowance
Some of you put up with longer commutes to work. Regardless of the distance traveled, we’ll pay you €0.30 per kilometer for a single trip between home and your workplace for 15 days a month.
Bonus
Lubig offers additional bonus pay or target agreements, depending on your field of work. There’s also a reward for bringing a new colleague to our team.
Further training
Want to upgrade your education? With us, you’re kicking at an open door. With options like PAL training, programming and machine operation courses, or qualification for master craftsman or technician exams, you’ll find active support here.
Equipment
With us, everyone receives their own work clothes. We’ll cover the costs even for prescription safety glasses, and pay an annual allowance for your safety boots.
Health
We place the utmost importance on workplace health management. We’ll be presenting our new comprehensive concept in the near future. Get excited!
Events
A feeling of “we” comes not just from being there for each other, but also when we go do something together, like our annual Christmas part, a company run, or regular staff outings.
Work-Life-Balance
You should feel comfortable here. We do a lot to make sure of it: 30 days of vacation per year, flexible working time accounts, in the shift system or flextime accounts outside of the shift system.

Benefits for our apprentices

Our apprentices can enjoy special care and benefits at Lubig. Even before concluding the training contract, we offer our trainees and their parents the opportunity to come see our company and employees for themselves on site.

To familiarize them with their new working environment at the beginning of the training, we organize a trainee day trip every year, during which the trainees get to know each other.

Our trainees spend their full first year of apprenticeship in a training center. Options include the ÜAZ Wittlich, ILW Trier, or BFW Birkenfeld. It goes without saying that we accompany our new trainees on their first visit to their training center and provide them with advice and support.

During the training, we also try to provide individual support measures if required. Our trainees have already been among the best of their year, for several years!

We take on all apprentices into a permanent employment contract after successful completion of their final examination.
